I have been going to this salon for many years never had a problem. The staff are always very friendly and professional.

Jill took the time to understand my hair type and provided excellent recommendations throughout the process. The treatment left my hair smooth, shiny, and frizz-free, giving me the sleek look I wanted. The atmosphere in the salon was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. Jill went out of way to accommodate me. She did my hair on Sunday and by the time she finished it was 7pm. I have never come across anyone like her who would do so much for clients. Great customer service. I highly recommend it.

I had a keratin hair straightening performed to my hair cezanne I was assured it was safe and purchased the after care I was encouraged to buy. After a month of washing my hair with the product once a week it caused my hair to fall out and bald. I was too embarrassed to both contact the store or be seen in public as I had to wear my hair in a bun to hide the bald spot right on the crown which was over a 50c piece size. I finally had the courage to contact the owner who performed the service and their was zero empathy from her not even an offer of a hair piece to hide the baldness. Never been back

Came for an 11 am appointment for hair wash and trim only. I waited till 11:30 am and still no one. It would be nice to know in advance if they had availability. Shouldn't have booked me if they are booked. Felt like staff didn't care if the appointment was running late more like "sorry whatever"

First time visiting Jagged Edge today, my husband and I both agree..Maria has given me the best haircut I've had. So glad I've made the move. ❤️

I went there with my twins to get their hair cut. It was a last minute call, the ladies were so friendly, so patient with my daughter as one of my daughter wished to have a small hair cut and the other wanted to just trim and leave her hair long. I would really recommend to go once and you will always wish to go there and have your hair cut done.

I used to live in area years ago and this was my favourite hairdressers. So now returning I'm back in area. Lovely friendly girls. Very modern clean salon.
