Walked in to get my daughters ears pierced and they were able to accommodate immediately much to the delight of my daughter. Even though we could only get one piercer at the time and had to have ears done separately, my daughter was very relaxed and enjoyed the process very much. Would definitely recommend getting ears pierced here.
Would give zero stars but that's not an option. Went in to get two people's ears pierced. Looked at the website first to get prices. Earnings were $39 per pair. Times two that is $78. Their website says you get complimentary after care of spray, a card in a bag. Complimentary means free. They also say the piercing is free. You only pay for the earings. So why was I charged $134? When I rang back to query this ( wanted to check the website first to make sure I'd read it correctly) I was told that they are closed and can't answer my questions. Even though according to their website, they were still open for another 15 mins. So I'll take it to consumer protection.
Yesterday i got 2 sets of ear piercings, i expected to hurt but it wasn’t bad. The staff are nice, especially Chloe, she also made not nervous. And i’m so happy with my piercings, they’re looks awesome! Thank you for that!! ❤️
My daughter just had her ears pierced. We wanted to take the time to praise Aaliyah from the Gateway store for being so patient and caring. Although it was my daughter's choice to have her ears pierced today, she suffered from a lot of anxiety and apprehension about getting it done. Thank you Aaliyah for your kindness. Much appreciated 👏
Eti was absolutely amazing! So caring and gave amazing advice with earring placement and the Jewellry as she Pierced my ears, highly recommend her for babies and adults! I felt so looked after, and the store was clean and stocked. Amazing customer service 🤍🤍
We have had many ear peircings done at Lovisa Palmerston, the lady's were so kind and patient with the kids. The piercings look great and were placed very well. We will definitely be back for more.
I just had my ears pierced and had a lovely staff called Gemima ! She was friendly, kindly and really careful during the ears piercing procedure. All staff were extremely friendly! Really recommend
