This shop is clearly desperate for money not having repeat sales. Such a disappointing experience. The staff were rude, I purchased a pair of $370. Harriet women’s cowboy boots not tried it on because they were all in when I got them home they were too big. I took them back two days later. Tried on half a size smaller and they were fitting incorrectly. they would not refund me but offered an exchange or a store voucher. I explained that there no refund policy was brought to my attention and the answer to the staff member gave me was it’s printed on the bottom of the receipt. It’s a little bit late because I have purchased the item to receive a receipt. Be cautious.
