All the staff are absolutely amazing! Brittany was wonderful—she provided so much useful information and did a beautiful nose piercing. My daughter felt comfortable the entire time and really appreciated how professional and friendly everyone was. Highly recommend!

Brittany and Ines are wonderful! They made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in. Brittany is so gentle and amazing at what she does—I’m so happy with my new placement. I went in for an upper lobe piercing. The studio is impeccably clean and very hygienic. I was really impressed that they sterilise the jewellery immediately before the piercing. I cannot recommend Brittany and her team enough! They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I initially came in to have my daughter's first piercing redone after it was done improperly with a gun, and they were fantastic. I also got my second lobe and helix done, and have since been back for more! They make the process feel easy. They have a stunning selection of high-quality jewellery. If you want a safe, clean, and positive piercing experience, look no further. I won’t trust anyone else.

Leia did my nose piercing and she was amazing. Very informative and professional. Everything was so sterile and prices were very fair. When messaging Brittany after forming a small bump from my son knocking my nose, she got back to me straight away with care instructions, which resolved the issue the next day. I don’t feel you get this level of service from a standard business. It really pays to find a good place and not just go somewhere readily available or very cheap. I would recommend going here and travelling if you don’t live in the area.

Literally the best piercing experience I had. 10/10 do recommend!!! I got my earlobe pierced here and it was such a great experience! The piercing room is surgically clean, the staff take their time to make sure that all your questions are answered, when choosing the piercing placement, longevity and sag-prevention are taken into consideration. The actually piercing was so fast and precise, you can really tell that the staff are super skilled. Best place I have been to 5/5 <3

Absolutely amazing experience! We turned up knowing they were completely back-to-back booked, and somehow Brittany still managed to fit my daughter in. That alone meant so much to us, but the service went far beyond that. Brittany was incredibly kind, calm, and professional, and made my daughter feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and loves what she does.

Ines is enthusiastic and clearly passionate about her curation work. She took the time to really look at my ear anatomy and select pieces to compliment, answered any questions I had, and gave me a wide range of options. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism combined with such a friendly attitude. Britt was absolutely amazing - friendly, kind, and instantly put me at ease. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge were clear from the start, and she explained everything thoroughly. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free with her calm, confident approach. A really nice bonus was the complimentary drinks fridge - a thoughtful touch! Communication leading up to the appointment was excellent. Prompt responses, clear information, and a very easy booking process made everything smooth from start to finish.
