I’ve been to Officeworks North Ryde a few times recently and every time the staff have been excellent - they’re friendly and willing to help. Special mention goes to Aasad and Marcella, both of whom were really helpful. Aasad went out the back and got exactly the product I needed, no hesitation, really fast and friendly service. Marcella processed the transaction, which was a bit drawn out due to the different payment methods I was using but she was patient and friendly throughout. Great customer service guys, thanks for your help!

This Office Works has helpful and friendly staff. Shout out to Alex who helped us this morning with the printing of our photos. We have been coming here over the years and still prefer here even though we are no longer nearby. We know that the staff are knowledgeable and will do their best to assist.

Office works at North Ryde is the best. They have plenty of printers and the most helpful staff. I am a computer illiterate idiot and the staff are so helpful and patient. I went there to scan and print my CV and Sophia was an amazing help to me. Thank you Sophia you are a credit to office works, I hope they appreciate you as much as I do. Cheers.

Grabbed a few items from Officeworks North Ryde this evening. Marcella was extremely friendly and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and despite coming to the end of a long shift, went out of her way to ensure that I was able to find what I needed without any rush. This is what great customer service looks like, and the reason I’ll come back again! Thank you, Marcella!

Recently went for a passport photo taken. The lady look after the photo and printing section is very nice and patience. I had a very bad experience taking passport photo at postoffice before I found office work. Post office camera resolution only 1058x1058 and there is no backlight for white background, The photo look ok but the soft copy version resolution won't satisfied the requirement for immigration facial recognition. The photo should be fine for print out Australian passport application. Office work's system is much better and it generated the required size and resolution for different countries. Back lit synchronise flash. Help to take multiple shots for me to choose. It also cost cheaper then postoffice. ( office work $19.9 and post office $22.9)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Sebastian at Officeworks North Ryde. He was kind, patient and helpful while assisting me with printing photos of our German Shepherd who recently passed away. Makes a real difference dealing with someone genuine. He showed me a few cool iPhone photo tips too! Thank you Sebastian.
