Fabulous jewellery shop wonderful service. Have been going to see Wally for years. He is so helpful and I have many pieces from their beautiful Store. I took a lot of my old pieces in this year and had him meltdown the gold to make me a bangle and I also asked Wally to fix one of my Grandmother’s brooches to make it into a pendant. So happy with the result.

.While I have bought pieces from there before and I have been looked after by the gentleman who is courteous and knows customer service I will never return to the store because I bought something and had to return it the lady ignored me for 10 minutes that's a damn long time to wait before a staff member acknowledges you! When I spoke to her ( I didn't catch her name ) she was rude and condescending!! I had called prior to going and she said she would exchange it. The chain was in perfect condition!!!!!!! I told her i tried it on and it keeps coming off, so YES TRIED IT ON AND IT KEEPS COMING OFF!! I am happy to exchange I don't want a refund she said I wore it, I said yes for 15 minutes. I had explained that. She was abrupt and said she can't sell it now. That was a lie as she would polish it and put it back in the counter!! She said she would give me a refund i said fine. SO clearly if she couldn't resell it why was she giving me a refund?? She wouldn't process it for me I waited around while the gentleman finished his sale so he could process it!! l will never return to the that store because of her lack of service I live locally and I will be telling all I know not to shop there!!

I highly recommend Wally, his customer service is outstanding! Tragically I lost my engagement ring that was purchased here during Christmas last year, only for it to turn up in the filter of my washing machine 9 months later (I am blaming my toddler) my ring and the diamond was still intact - although a little worse for wear after an estimated 180 wash cycles 🙂 Wally has made it look brand new again ! A true demonstration of quality of product and exceptional customer service! Thank you!!!

I cannot believe the rudeness of the man and woman that run this store!! My young daughter went in to purchase a ring for my Birthday. The sales person told her that if she paid cash she'd give her a 20% discount. My daughter asked if it didn't fit me what could be done and was told that there would be no problem bringing it back to be resized. The ring is way too large for any of my fingers so I took it back for resizing. The woman said to me, "well where's your receipt" I explained that as my daughter paid cash she wasn't given a receipt but it was in one of their boxes and one of their gift bags. She said "I don't care, I will do nothing without a receipt". The man in there was just sitting down staring at me, I asked him to come over and talk with me about it as I was getting a very hostile response from the woman. He just said, "look, anyone could get hold of one of our boxes and put any ring in it, how would we know". I was shocked and asked him if he was suggesting that I was lying, to which he responded, "look, don't get upset now, just leave". I saw the box of rings that looked exactly like mine and pointed to them saying you can tell its from here as no one else has rings like this. I explained that my daughter spent $324 of her pocket money on this ring and was offered a 20% discount off the original price of $405 if she paid cash. She wasn't given a receipt but was told it would be no problem to resize it as they'd recognise it was one of their creations. All I can say is that I will never ever step foot into that store again or have anything good to say about it. My 15 yr old daughter was completely ripped off as the ring isn't even worth $120 as its just a thin silver band with a plastic looking stone in it (as valued by 2 other jewellers) But to take advantage of her good intentions by asking for cash with no receipt and now I can't even wear it, is simply disgusting. The only positive is that I saw that a Prouds Jewellery store is opening up right opposite them- Karma
