Went shopping to try and find a necklace for my son today. He was having trouble finding something he liked. The lady was really helpful and patient with us. She was understanding and did super well in trying to find things within our budget. I'm pretty sure her name was Kiera. Fantastic service. Highly recommend. The manager should be proud to have her amongst the employees. No pun intended 😅💟

I visited the Prouds Jewellers store one afternoon around 2pm a while ago. There were no other customers in the store at the time, but three staff members were working. After browsing for a bit, I approached them for help and was completely ignored at first. When I finally explained that I was looking for a promise ring, the staff laughed and made comments about how promise rings "aren’t a real thing" and that it was stupid because I was "too young" for an engagement ring. I explained that it was simply meant to be an anniversary gift, but they then acted annoyed, as if I was wasting their time. Eventually one staff member assisted me, but only showed me discounted, poor-quality rings that didn’t match what I had described at all. When I asked to see a specific ring that was in the display case, she refused to take it out and told me I should "stick to the discount rack." The entire interaction was rude, dismissive, and incredibly uncomfortable. I felt judged rather than helped, which is unacceptable in a customer-facing role, especially in a jewellery store where purchases are often meaningful. Safe to say I will never be returning to this store. Bevilles staff are absolute saints in comparison, and even Pandora employees treat customers with far more respect.

The level of service at this branch is incompetent and negligent. I dealt with both Chantelle and the Regional Manager, Julie, and found the conduct at every level to be disgraceful. I had to escalate the matter to the QLD state office who thankfully rectified the situation. I strongly suggest shopping at a different location where management actually understands consumer rights and follows proper service protocols.

Summer at North Lakes Prouds handled a super busy store so well today, promptly serving many people, with a constant smile, in particular assisted me with multiple purchases, with patience and recommendations that Im really pleased with. Great prices and lovely peices.

I was looking for a gold solid bangle, and I was asked for an Id by this woman. I usually shop at Michael Hill and have spent thousands. I thought to check it out at Prouds, but big mistake. Humiliated and criminalized. If you want good customer service, don’t shop there. Michael Hill thank you for the gold bangle I was looking for.

Went into prouds today looking for the right ring for myself but as soon as I walked in the door the overwhelming stench of what I can only describe as cat urine hit and the further into the store you go the worse it gets. Won't be in a hurry to go back
