From the moment I walked in I felt cared for. I brought in 2 rings requiring repair, cleaning and resizing, which while not hugely valuable were very precious to me. One was an amethyst and gold ring my parents gave me on my graduation from uni 20 years ago, in serious need of tlc, and the other a Scottish celtic ring with fond holiday memories attached. The young lady appreciated their significance to me and explained what could be achieved. A week later I had rings that look like new. Thanks to the care and workmanship of the jewellers. I am very happy.

Edited just now I was lucky enough to have my engagement and wedding ring redesigned at Gold River Jewellers. When I opened those two little wooden boxes I became absolutely overwhelmed with emotion. To say they were stunning is understament. The craftsmanship is next level. I honestly couldn't believe I was lucky enough to own something so beautiful so perfect. Beyond what I imagined them to look like. I worked with the amazing Toni who designed my rings perfectly exceeding my expectations. It was like Toni knew what I wanted before I did . My husband surprised me with a beautiful piece from Gold River Jewellers, and when I saw the ring, I was absolutely speechless! and it’s truly stunning! The craftsmanship and attention to detail are amazing. The team was also very friendly and welcoming when we came in for cleaning, and they made my ring look brand new again. This was my first time visiting Gold River Jewellers. I felt immediately at ease with the friendly and enthusiastic staff who had a genuine interest in my request for a valuation. The process and time frame was explained and I felt comfortable leaving my treasured ring in their hands. When I went to collect the ring, the excitement on the staff member’s face was obvious. They took great joy in presenting me with the valuation. The valuation was efficient and thorough with a detailed certificate explaining the size and quality of each diamond. We then discussed me potentially bringing in other jewellery to be remodeled and I was happy to hear that that was the part of the job they loved. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Absolutely thrilled with the service the quality of craftsmanship and the professionalism …I had gone to another established company to get a quote to repair an antique fob chain… And to my dismay was told it was not worth fixing after it sent away for several days (their jewellers were not on site) … I was not impressed with their customer service and the quote offered … they claimed the jewellery item was not worth fixing and offered a VERY LOWBALL OFFER to buy the piece … I sensed they were being unethical…. I decided to go to Gold River Jewellers to essentially get a second opinion… and I am extremely pleased I did as the price they quoted was very reasonable and the jeweller was right there in front of me checking the work required and establishing if it was worth fixing…. Essentially they stated the piece was far more valuable than the other company claimed and the repair price was less than a quarter of the first quote and all work was completed in a week …. . I will be returning to Gold River Jewellers with all my jewellery in the future for any repair and cleaning… thank you most sincerely

We had a phenomenal experience working with Toni at Gold River Jewellers. Toni truly listened to our needs and took the time to understand our vision. They found the perfect teal sapphires and designed custom made rings that exceeded our expectations. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail and genuine care made the entire process a joy. I recently had a custom piece made by one of Gold Rivers talented jewellers. This is the second time that I have had the pleasure of a design idea brought to life with assistance from Tori with her creative input and the consultation with their skilled jewellers.
