Only serve customers they feel…deserve service..? Kenna and the other mature woman who was in with her 2:00pm 29th Dec. They did not acknowledge customers but served the customers who walked in later. I was waiting patiently to look where some customers were getting help and not once did I get even a "I’ll be with you when I can". I left for a bit to give them time and it was empty when I walked in. Yet Kenna still goes to the other customer who was at the counter after me. Even the customer said I was there first. Just appalling service. Kenna also insinuated I couldn’t afford a normal charm. So disappointed

The manager at the establishment was really rude when I wanted to exchanged my ring that I previously got from the store I wanted to returned the ring because one of the stones was a lighter colour then the others whitch made the ring look like a stone was missing which really bothered me since i only recently got the ring. but since both the employee and manager had vision impairment and needed glasses they were rude and was admitted that the stones were all the same colour the manager in the end through a fit and told the employee to give me a new one. I was very shocked and really hurt about what I experienced with the service here

Not to happy one bit!!! I bought my daughter into the store to pick out her best friends birthday gift after our click and collect got cancelled the day before. While in store I explained to the staff what had happened and we're their to pick out another gift as what we wanted was no longer in stock. The staff were aware that it was a present. Well my daughter, her friend ( that we bought the present for) & friends parent returned to the store the following day to pick out her birthday gifts. While in the store a staff member by the name Hannah, who was helping assist the male staff member with my purchase the day before, recognised my daughter and proceeded to say " Oh I recognised you from yesterday! Didn't you come in here to buy green earrings?" My daughters then replied, Well thanks, you've just told her ( her friend) her gift.. Hannah's then replied, While laughing " OMG im so sorry"... to say im furious is an understatement, pandora is not the cheapest when it comes to jewellery, so to have my daughters excitement of gifting her friend an $80 pair of earrings shut down by a staff member, I'm disappointed.

Appalling service! When the shop assistant asked who was next and I indicated that I was she looked at me and turned to serve someone who had entered the store after I had! I shopped online. Why give custom to an ill-trained and deliberately rude person in a store that doesn’t prioritise good customer service

Shopped here today for the first time. The young lady who served me had lovely manners & was very helpful fitting my daughter for a new bracelet, & a little something for me too. The store is very nicely presented. On the service alone, I would shop here again.

My daughter was only wanting to buy one charm as a mistake had been made for a friends birthday gift. The birthday party was literally in 15 mins. Yes…your door was half closed however you had two customers still inside. I asked nicely and I got a "no" and a filthy look. How rude and unnecessary. Merry Christmas I guess.
