I live in the Sydney CBD and have tried every so-called "master" watchmaker in sydney to get a sentimental Seiko serviced that belonged to my father. Even had a watchmaker keep it for months just for a quote and after months of asking for an update on my quote just to be told parts are too hard to find and theyll need to send it to Japan. It's not a rare watch at all, just sentimental to me. They charged me for doing "research" yet still couldn't give me a quote! Then I got recommended to Thomas Timepieces by a Seiko club. He immediately gave me a quote on the spot and gave me a run down on what needed to be done! He's a very knowledgeable watchmaker! Just a month later, the watch was ready for pick up! Quick and efficient even during the Christmas period! and a year later, it's still running 100%! I wish I had found them earlier instead of messing around with pretenders. It was a hassle free, no-nonsense service! I will make the drive every time to get all my seikos serviced by them!

Visited this amazing small business to get a new battery in a 25 year old Longines watch, as well as a new quality leather band, both were done within minutes, the price was excellent and the service was outstanding, highly recommend this business.

Now these guys know watches! After trying to make do with visiting a few jewellers to find a watch for my wife, we soon got sick of the lack of choice and advice. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Thomas' Timepieces was still in the same spot as it has been for years and years and so we went there. Having looked online and knowing these guys were a top tier Seiko dealer I was sure we could find a variety of options. We went to the store and tried on 5-6 watches at which point we found two that we really liked. Staff were very helpful, patient and did not pressure us one bit. We mentioned that we'd think it over for a couple days and return and that's exactly what we did. We loved the watches so much I bought my wife both of them! These guys are able to provide comprehensive after sales service for all of their stock and are happy to share insights and advice and show what they have in their own collections. Not to discredit jewellery stores, but they simply don't have the level of knowledge when it comes to watches and watchmaking. I'll be back to try a few more for myself. Support a local business and give these guys a visit!!!

Went there to get a special collectors gold watch fixed. Didn't want to have to send it off through Michael Hill and wait half a year for it to come back. Instead Thomas' Timepieces looked at it with detail, fixed it on the spot in 5 minutes making it perfect again!!!! Wish I'd actually bought the watch from there and not Michael Hill. Thanks again guys. Will be back for sure!!! 🙂

Walked in wanting a new battery for my watch and barely had time to look at all the great watches on sale in the display cabinets and the battery was replaced. Fantastic service!

I'd like to give a massive thank you to David and the team at TT for fixing my Carrera, was a long wait time to get my watch back at but I know ordering parts from overseas isn't exactly an overnight exercise. Cost me a lot less than what it would have cost for me to send it to Tag Heuer directly. Will definitely be bringing my automatics here for servicing in the future as they need it. Thanks again! Eric.
