QBD Books Fountain Gate

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Experience at QBD Fountain Gate! I had such a wonderful experience at QBD Books at Westfield Fountain Gate. The store is beautifully organised, well-stocked, and has a great range of books for all ages and interests. It’s such a pleasure to browse there. A special thank you to Joanne, who provided absolutely outstanding customer service. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Joanne went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to receive service that feels so genuine and thoughtful. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great books and exceptional service!

Not bad. Just found it really cramped inside and it had a limited selection of classics. To sign up as a member, you had to pay $20-40 apparently. I Just didn't like the ambience/layout and how narrow/cramped the aisles were.

I could spend forever! Great selection of biographies and I like how the medical ones are all in one spot as they're my favourite to read, I like visiting to see what's new. Prices are reasonable and there's often books on sale at the front

My partner and I decided to go into this bookshop for the very first time to look for a book we walked in and two seconds later a employee elder women came over to my partner and greeted her friendly then left her to look around I found a Viking book for $10 thinking it was worth it my partner and myself walked over and waited at the register to be served there was already another elder women with her back turned to us as she turned to see my partner and I she smiled and walked away then the first woman whom greeted my partner came to the register with another customer and put us aside to serve the customer in front of us. Or though she could she we were waiting there for a minute before she came over this is NOT how you serve customers and these workers are disgusting for their behaviour. First and LAST time here for nothing but wasted time and rudeness if this is the way you want your shop to be own you won't have very much profit.

Went in for a lil browse tonight, and was assisted by the very helpful Cameron (I hope I spelled that ok!) Anyway, as a busy Mum, I don't get much time in actual bookstores these days, so I had the rare opportunity to leisurely look at some titles I had on my TBR...Anyway, I went with Cameron's recommendation and I already know I'm gonna love it! It's so lovely to see young ones so passionate about books, and I was caught up by the way Cameron described this book, she's a keeper! I have 20+ years in customer service exp. and I have also been a Store Manager for a high end jewellery company, so I know a great salesperson when I see one! Keep up the great work Cameron, it was a pleasure being served by you. ☺️
