Anaconda Narre Warren

Quite racially staff they have. As I entered and the guy standing next to the entry started yelling at me that it’s couple minutes left so we are closed but I asked him for a quick buy if they have smaller size gazebo and he showed me the area where it can be and while I was going there he followed me and started yelling at me again saying what I want and I was over the phone asking my wife about something and he started blaming me either I can talk or buy the stuff. But I accept to leave the store quietly and but when I was exiting there an white oz lady was entering the store and he spoke to her very nicely and it makes me very uncomfortable visiting this place again as this is you can call it racism.

This store has a very rude manager and staff. I bought a tent a few days ago and wanted to exchange it. They refused and said we don't have exchange rules. But the manager and staff there are not good at all and are very rude , And they said, "I will take this tent back from you on the condition that we return only half of the price of the tent to you.Don't waste your time and money there, the manager and staff are such rude.

Underwhelming experience sadly- good stock but staff either unable or unwilling to advice, they dont seem to have much knowledge about the stuff they are selling. We needed advice on portable tire inflator, took 3 people to find someone who claimed to have some knowledge, following thei advice we ended up buying the wrong one (too weak for car) anyway -as we have found out when we needed it. At leastthey've been nice. Unlike the lady at the cashier....

My 1st time visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good what I needed. Reasonably priced. Will go again for sure.

I bought a tent last year, but opened it up this year, and found out some wrong attachments there. Just went to the narre warren Anaconda, I met Jesse, and the way she helped me highly appreciated. Thanks Jesse. No 1 customer service 👍

Had a swag that was poorly damaged after very limited use. The swag was out of warranty so didn’t hold out a lot of hope but I voiced my desire for an exchange and was approved. I took the broken swag to anaconda in Narre Warren and was greeted by Megan the on duty manager for the day and her customer service was above and beyond. Kind, friendly and extremely helpful in making getting the new swag a breeze. Thanks Anaconda and Megan for your outstanding service! Recommend here extremely highly!

Great stockade and somewhat helpful staff although most of the time I arrive to get my reel spooled up, they do not have any available staff members to do it which can sometimes be a hassle. But other than that extremely helpful and great store in general in the south Eastern area of Melbourne.
