Zamel's Jewellers - Mt Druitt

I had a fantastic experience at Zamel’s while looking for a replacement pair of work earrings that needed to be disposable. The staff member who assisted me was incredibly helpful and understood exactly what I needed. Something simple and affordable rather than a high pressure sale. She even took the time to help me pick out a lovely set of hoops that perfectly matched my current jewelry. I really appreciated that she didn't push me toward anything expensive or over the top. Because of her great service, I’ll definitely be returning in the future when I’m ready to invest in some nicer sets. 10/10

Kim and all other staffs at Zamel’s Mt Druitt Westfield are amazing and so warm hearted!! My partner bought me a birthday present and I didn’t like it so we brought it back to change. The staffs helped me choose a design that I finally fell in love with although they were very very busy. They said they will do their best to please their customers and they really did!! I was pleased, satisfied and happy.

Sotre manager Cherry was amazing and so very helpful! She explained that I could get items ordered in rose gold even if the display or on hand stock wasn't rose gold. Such a delight to be served by.

Worst customer service ever!!! Brought a watch as a present and had to wait 6 weeks for the links, had to follow up every week as they said it should be this week. Made a promise to pay for said links as a gesture then denied all knowledge. Would recommend everybody to shop and spend money else where, where they give a Dam about customers!!! Wont ever go back again if you paid me too.

Absolutely frustrated as I should of read reviews before entering store, a return had to be made of a gold chain, they make it such a difficult process as we have to go through emailing our reasonings for the return, it was quite significant of what had been said to the workers.

Absolutely disgusting. They lost a diamond out of my vintage world war 2 pendant and luckily I had photos to prove it. Denied responsibility and told me to get out swearing and abusive. All of which I recorded. You have been warned do not use this mount druitt store absolute thieves.

Love the quality of their jewellery and staff are honestly so welcoming and helpful and they definitely care for you. Thank you ladies for always making our experience shopping at Zamels the best experience.
