Fantastic customer service - both in-store and online. I purchased two pairs of earrings at this location last fall. One of the stones fell out of its setting on an earring, I reached out to the online support team and they had a replacement dispatched immediately. Appreciate the classic, playful designs, and the level of service.

Great jewellery!! Commented on a lovely bracelet that our daughter has, to find that it came from there. Bought my wife the same plus a matching pendant necklace for Xmas. She loves them!! Staff at AOM extremely helpful and pleasant.

Got my partner an anniversary gift from here just before Christmas and the staff were very attentive and helpful from the moment I walked into the store. The gift I bought my partner unfortunately had a break in it and when I returned to exchange it the staff went over and beyond to, not only exchange the item, but to apologize for what had happened.(even though it wasn’t their fault) Would highly recommend, not only for the products, but the exceptional service of the staff!

Very pretty earrings, bracelets and necklaces. But most importantly, their service is excellent. The ladies in the Mosman store are very nice and courteous. The items sold in store come with one year warranty also. Good shopping experience.

Walked in expecting to not find anything, but left wanting to buy the whole store. Was after a small ring and I was greeted by two lovely girls, Grace & Abby. They helped me narrow down a couple options and ultimately make the right choice. Will definitely be back to buy some more for myself and others. 10/10
