Taking Shape Morayfield

It's so good it's bad 😆 I found lots (10) items that I love, so really really need now. I was worried I got carried away either 10 items and I was genuinely surprised at the great value for money at the check out. The staff I spoke with 3 of them, great women, happy at work and great at their job. I was helped with size, and when I selected 4 items they put the clothes in dressing room for me. (So I got a bunch more) very good customer service. Staff interested in customers was refreshing.

Went to TS yesterday to find a outfit for my step mum for her beloved daughter who passed away. Danielle served us...not knowing the personal matter til later in our conversation. She was over the top....in a good way. So professional....so helpful.... Made the experience so much easier then we could have imagine. So a big thank you to all the ladies....but especially Danielle.

Talking Shape used to have a limited range of men's clothes as well, larger sizes mainly, excellent quality , however stock is running out, so advise would be to check with the store regarding availability. This place has wonderfully friendly staff, who will make you feel very welcome and always offer a nice coffee whilst waiting for your partner to finish her shopping around ( special mention to Bec and Danielle). Highly recommended. 22/5/24, Still the same great service ( according to my wife). Coffee bar has been unattended the last couple of times for customers, whilst I waited for my wife to finish her shopping.

All the staff were so helpful. We would both like to thank Lisa, she was more than helpful and was not at all pushy. She offered to make us tea and it felt like we were at a friend's house. We felt so comfortable and deserves six stars.

It was my my absolute pleasure to shop with you on the 9th of August. The friendly, efficient, professional staff were so helpful throughout my shop. Deanne was my prime point of contact throughout my 2 1/2 hour shopping experience although many other staff members contributed to what was a very positive shopping experience. Deanne was supportive, not overbearing or pushy, being in general a "non-shopper" this was a big positive for me. A click and collect was arranged for me by Deanne in addition to purchases on the day, and is already in store waiting for collection. So efficient. I will have no hesitation recommending your store to friends and family.

What a gem of a shop. I’m visiting from Dubai where unfortunately we do not have a TS. I visited and Karen was absolutely fantastic at picking all the things she thought I would like. She knew what I was looking for a pulled everything she thought I would like, and I did. Great shopping experience and really lovely staff. I’ve been in there 4 times this vacation and my last visit today I came away with clothes I would never thought of trying on. Karen you absolutely made my vacation and going back to Dubai feeling like I’ve been styled. Thank you so so much.

Absolutely fabulous day. Lisa was a huge support for our pamper day and my mum felt completely spoilt. If you need to find love for yourself, i highly recommend.
