Prouds the Jewellers Mirrabooka

Bought earrings from Prouds for my boyfriend and myself on different occasions, priced at $30 and $20. Unfortunately, both pairs have turned black. Mine was purchased only 15 days ago and has already discoloured, which is really disappointing. I have multiple ear piercings and have never experienced this issue with earrings from other stores, even with more affordable options. For a jewellery store, I expected better quality and durability. Overall, not very happy with the quality for the price.

On saturday afternoon, 15/11, 50 minutes before closing, the blonde staff member with visible tattoos working at the jewelry counter appeared completely unheplful, She was disengaged, unwelcoming, and made it clear she had no interest in assisting a customer. My boyfriend had bought the jewelry for me, and even he noticed that her behavior was rude. I was very disappointed with the service and would expect better professionalism in such a role. I would seriously reconsider having someone with such poor customer service representing the business.

This morning I had a lovely interaction with the store manager with blonde hair. She had excellent customer service and made sure I was satisfied with what I was getting, this is my new jewellery stop 100%. Not so sure if corporate sets up the window areas but I know that they are beautifully stored. Great job prouds mirrabooka!!!

BRITTANY is an absolute demon, no people skills what so ever, obviously we picked the wrong week to be stood infront of her. She stood behind a policy that other staff had no idea of, called them over to he a bully and they said they didnt even no about the policy themselves. My partner chose to lose out on the $900 and her Christmas gift rather then having to stand infront of Brittany any long. She was told "oh my god what do you actually want" other staff offered a drink of water because they obviously felt for the situation because of the way BRITTANY acted. If this is the staff this prouds has dealing with people I genuinely feel for the future of this shop.

The Store Manager (young blonde lady i forget her name) was very helpful and made sure I was happy with my purchase. We explored all options and she was patient and kind the whole time. I will continue to shop here from now on.

Had a great experience and would shop here again. The girls were all lovely and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. I was asked by all 3 ladies working if they could help and they were all polite and nice and didn’t make me feel like I was being annoying.

The store manager Brittany was very kind and helped me choose beautiful gifts for my family which they loved! Definitely recommend coming here!
