I went to get my son’s neck chain repaired because the clasp became loose and he already lost his allergy tag. To replace the clasp which suits on his chain was $40-60 but when the manager heard me talking with the assistant about my son’s allergies she came to have a look at the chain and she asked the assistant to take the chain and get it fixed. I asked about the payment and they both shrugged and said they did it for free. I couldn’t believe such a generous gesture. Most businesses people will try to get every penny but not them, they are truly kind and honest business people. They are friendly and professional. May your business continue to flourish
