She was attentive, helpful & kind. Her communication skills were great, informing us on the procedure & answering all my questions. pril peiced my back dermals the other day, Kristen helped out and was so lovely, April is legit the coolest chick in the world she’s just so down to earth and such a cool vibe, she is so precise with what she does and makes it a fun time all at once, you wouldn’t of guessed she’s done it she distracted me I was mid laugh when she told me she’d already put the jewel in?! I’ve had two dermals on my face done once before, it was so painfully slow and unlike Aprils approach she’s really really talented and so lit for a chat honestly never going to anyone else but these Lovley girls ever again. They’re also perfectly flush, and just so PRETTYYYY AH #aprilfanclub 🙏

I got my first dermals today and April was absolutely phenomenal! She made the whole process feel comfortable and easy while ensuring I had all the necessary information to take care of my new piercings. Today I had a helix piercing. April was a fantastic clinician-very informative before the piercing, gave me good advice about cartilage piercings and clearly told me about after care. She also informed me about the Skin Candy Club birthday voucher & made sure I had piercing spray as well. I’ll definitely be going back to her for the next one.

I've had two of my piercings done by Ren now, my septum and daith, and he has been incredible both times. Ren never fails to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere and deliver a quick and professional piercing. Generally you can have some waiting time however if you're doing a walk in, so be prepared for that.

April my absolute goat. Came in today to get my nose pierced with my friend who was getting there belly done, I am a fainter so I obviously warned them about it! They treated it with such professionalism keeping me safe and making me feel comfortable. When piercing was done April stayed with me asked me questions to make sure I was okay, and made me feel genuinely happy about the situation. After the piercing I was abit out of it and abit dizzy, April didn’t hesitate to help me out, staying with me, making sure all my needs were met and making sure there was a chair for me to rest (cause I was dizzy). This piercer is absolutely amazing and would recommend! Extremely happy with the piercing. I rate my experience a solid 6767/10
