Had wonderful service from Kim today in the homeware department, so friendly and professional. I was on the hunt for a specific set of mugs from Maxwell and Williams, and Kim offered to order a full set for me if I couldn’t find what I wanted in store. Everything was carefully wrapped, and it was so nice to hear about her daughter’s wedding in New Zealand and her words of encouragement about the upcoming wedding event that I am planning. So happy with the customer service, which I can rarely say about department stores. She also told me about the Myer App and how I could earn vouchers. I’ll definitely be seeking out Kim next time I make a homeware purchase!

Anne in the bra department- thank you for going above and beyond in your customer service. Incredibly knowledgeable about the products, I felt extremely informed and reassured while getting fitted. It’s a vulnerable environment trying on bras, but she was so kind and made me feel really comfortable. She also never rushed me or demonstrated any impatience. Even showing me how to download Myers card and claim rewards. Highly recommend!

Julie served us today at the women's shoe area and she was the best! We bought a lot of products in different departments of Myer today and got served by multiple lovely staff members. All staff were lovely but they weren't as good as Julie!

I have to leave this feedback. Myer Miranda did not price match in store. Was told by the manager that the David Jones (DJ) price was "below their cost price" and only gave me the option to pay the Myer price. DJ's $53.10, Myer $99. Walked into DJ Miranda and purchased instore for $53.10. And we wonder why Myer is loosing business.

Huge shoutout to Rhonda at Myer Miranda! I made a mistake with my Click & Collect order, but Rhonda handled it with so much grace and patience. She took the time to check the stock for every single item on my list to make sure I could get what I needed before Christmas. Every staff member I encountered across the departments was equally kind and helpful. They turned a stressful holiday mishap into a wonderful shopping experience. Truly exceptional service when it matters most!

Staff can be difficult to find sometimes if you need help or assistance Their phone number online is also non existent as I've tried ringing a few different ones and no one ever picks up However myer stocks lots of different popular brands and had a great Christmas decoration collection

Akanksha has served me multiple times at the men’s suit area and she honestly can’t do enough for you. Also very knowledgeable. Very good service.
