Mimco - Miranda

I placed order online, and did click & collect, whoever served me on the counter, was bit off. No customer service whatsoever. Did not even put any efforts to wrap the bag, put it in the plastic and hand over me. it was gift for someone anyway. Staff is rude, No smile at all. They should know how to serve a client and its not someone who was 18, it was Lady probably in her 60s. Never coming back to this store again.

Unfriendly unhelpful staff. They don't value the custom, and don't the products they sell.

Staff weren't nice at all. Doesn't take much to act friendly and smile. They need to stop thinking they're better then anyone else. The staff at Oroton were much nicer and that's a more elite brand. Old money doesn't need to flaunt it!

Staff were very helpful and mimcos company policy is great. Unfortunately my AirPod case I had been gifted was faulty and I lost an airbud. Staff were empathetic and able to assist in replacing the case without a receipt. Hopefully it was just a faulty one 🤞🏼

Have purchase 3 items from here & each tie. I was greeted by the staff each time. All my question were answer and more. When I purchased my Tote I was not sure which was to go & the staff helped with a different option which worked out Wonderful for me

Need to celebrate the great service I got from Danni in Miranda! She’s a superstar and deserves recognition, helpful genuine and follows through on what she says she will do. Will come back to see her for sure even though i live in the Eastern Suburbs 😊👍
