Had a terrible experience with one of the staff members Lilly today, came in to return a faulty dress the fabric would stain a lighter colour from sweat or water droplets. was the first time wearing this for Church this product cost $260 a week ago. Would try to talk to the staff member about my concerns and she kept making excuses and telling me it was my fault and i must’ve done something, over all it was a very embarrassing experience for me i was gravely disappointed and my issue wasn’t fixed as Lilly kept calling other staff members over to gaslight me and tell me there were no stains and nothing wrong with the dress and my issue wasn’t resolved. I’ve attached images and am deeply disappointed i wasn’t offered a store credit return or even the chance to exchange the product. So now im going to contact head office in order to resolve this and put in a complaint about lilly’s poor customer service skills the exasperated sighs slamming if cabinets and rolling of the eyes was not something i’d expect from staff at kookai and is completely unacceptable.

I had a wonderful experience by Ruby at Kookai Miranda. I showed up to the store extremely flustered and in a rush because I left it to the last minute to buy a dress for an event on the weekend. She was extremely patient and helpful, and even went as far as providing me multiple options of the dress I was after to see what looked best. She showed incredible attention to detail and care throughout the whole purchasing experience. She is a credit to the store, thank you so much!

I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience with Georgia at your Miranda store yesterday. While shopping for a dress with my daughter, we were warmly greeted by Georgia, who went above and beyond to ensure my daughter found the perfect fit. When her size wasn’t available in-store, Georgia took the initiative to help us order the dress online, knowing that stock was limited due to it being a sale item. She was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire experience, making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. I truly feel that this level of service is out of the ordinary and deserves recognition. I would greatly appreciate it if this feedback could be shared with her management, as she made a lasting positive impression on us.

Isabella, the manager at Miranda, is an absolute star! Her professionalism and exceptional customer service completely turned things around for me. After a really disappointing experience at the Parramatta store, Isabella from the Miranda store stepped in and resolved the issue with such care and efficiency—it honestly changed my whole perception. I now only want to shop at Miranda moving forward. The Parramatta team could definitely take some notes from her. If you're after a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience, make the trip to Miranda. She is top-tier, and Isabella truly saved the day!

I went in the other week and was so impressed with the help / service from all the girls in the store particularly from Hayley she suggested a top without me asking and said she thought it may suit me. I LOVED it!!! She was so helpful and willing to help me pick out new staples while also being very transparent and honest with me! Isabella was so lovely when helping me with a return usually returning items else where it can be a negative experience but Isabella made me want to come back again as she was approachable and kind throughout the whole process!! We need more girls like this in retail!!!

Have been shopping at this store for quite number of years now - always my go to. Girls are lovely and always helpful. Special thank you to Kat, very honest with how outfits look on me and has a good sense of style.
