The staff here are totally amazing! My daughter and I got piercing here quite some time ago and they were caring and lovely at the time. Today we purchased an earing, the staff and service was exceptional again. Definitely went out of their way to help us and provide that extra care.

Came in before closing and the girls were so so so kind. I believe her name was Christine or Kristen she helped me pick a piercing and changed the jewellery without any pain. I was extremely happy and so comfortable which is so important when it comes to piercing and piercing changes. I appreciate it so much!!

If I could leave the store 10 stars I would, but since Google only has a five star option I’ll settle with that. Nada at Hairhouse Miranda was absolutely fantastic. I went in looking for a hair straightener for my wife, and Nada was incredibly professional and helpful the whole way through. She asked all the right questions about my wife’s hair, what she’d be using it for, and what kind of result she wanted, which made it so much easier for me to choose the right one. You can tell she really knows her stuff, and she took the time to make sure I wasn’t just guessing. I came in not really knowing what I was looking for, and walked out feeling confident I’d bought the right thing. Best part is, my wife was so happy with what I came home with.

Jas is an absolute angel!! I was so nervous to get my thirds pierced at any other place besides my usual piercer but she made the whole experience so calming and was just so bubbly and welcoming I will definitely be going back to future piercings!! On another note the whole team were lovely and so fun to be around making the experience 10/10

Jas is amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable, she explains everything well, she is enthusiastic and you can tell she loves her job. I will be back to see her for my back dermals. Highly highly recommend this place for piercings. I have better experiences here over other piercing places. Thank you Jas! 🩷

I’ve gotten multiple piercings here with my mum and Jaz has always been the best of the best she deserves the recognition of being an asset to your team incredible at her job and such a sweet soul, I also would love to appreciate savannah who was so lovely and is incredible with her generosity and kindess. Hairhouse Miranda is perfect for any piercing you need to get done they will always be the best in the business.

I always go to miranda to do my hair and piercings. It will be my last time. Ella was not a good piercer. No customer service. i was cheated when i was charged similar to Skinkandy rate. Greedy people. Don’t recommend them to anyone. Long term customers are not appreciated. i come from so far away and i am extremely disappointed with this. i won’t be going back ever. no point coming from penshurst to throw money away for poor service
