This is certainly my new favourite David Jones from all Australia! This branch has the most friendly staff. Super laid back and just 100% lovely kind helpful ladies, specially at the cosmetics area, really lovely bunch!!🥰🥰

I had an absolutely beautiful experience with Reieng today. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. She went above and beyond to help me find the right product, taking the time to understand exactly what I needed and offering thoughtful recommendations. Her warmth and professionalism made the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming. The customer service was truly exceptional, and it’s rare to come across someone who cares so much about making sure you leave happy. Thank you, Reieng, for such a wonderful experience😊

Patsy at the Tom Ford counter and Amber at Dior were absolutely exceptional. So caring, unbelievably sweet, and genuinely kind. Even at the very end of Christmas Eve, when they must have been exhausted, they still gave me their absolute best. They made me feel so looked after and honestly lifted my whole day. I really hope this feedback reaches the right people because they truly deserve to be recognised and rewarded.

Shannon from Mimco was extremely helpful. She was able to find my wife the exact pieces of jewellery she was looking for. We went into the Mimco store, it wasn't overly busy and weren't helped at all by the staff but the Mimco rep in DJs, Shannon, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. Asked us to wait until her colleague came back from break to be able to go to the Mimco store and grab the items that weren't available in DJs. An excellent customer service experience and Shannon should be acknowledged for it.

Amina from the fragrance department at David Jones Miranda was fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fragrance and made the experience so enjoyable. Excellent customer service like this is rare , highly recommend seeking her out if you visit!

Store looks great and thats it. Staff could be more welcoming and not look at you like you dont belong there. Meyers on the other hand are great at this. I am inclined to buy when Im shown and given the right service.I always dress down when I go westfield and almost always I get the same vibes from DJ. Apart from this I still enjoy shopping here its still a great store

This afternoon I purchased home appliances at Miranda at great prices. The gentleman greeted me too as I was browsing. When I purchased he was very friendly and professional and provided gift receipts without me evening asking. Myer Miranda could not price match DJ's price. Walked into DJ Miranda and purchased instore for $53.10 (Myer $99.95).
