They did a great job making my custom engagement ring. I spotted the diamond in the window and they made the process so easy. We went in and got to try a variety of shapes, sizes and band styles. Ended up with my dream ring in budget. Still waiting for my partner to give it to me 🥴
Happy with the service and the staff were very kind and helpful. I enquired about changing the centre stone for my existing ring and the staff assisted me with ticking all my requirements and budget to purchase a stone. After finding the stone I wanted they even offered and set the stone to my ring with no extra cost! Ever since receiving my ring I've been in love with it and can't help staring at it all the time. Love this store. They designed our wedding rings for last year and they're perfect and still look brand new. They also fix any other branded jewellery if needed. Customer service has always been on point during our visits and over message.
