We stumbled upon Parker Diamonds, as we were looking for our wedding rings but I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted. I only knew that I wanted a ring that would sit comfortably with my engagement ring. I've looked at a few different shops until, we met with Melissa. She was fantastic, answered all our questions and my anxieities. Melissa was absolutely warm and easy to engage with- she gave us different options and helped me customize my wedding ring and I couldnt be happier!

Here is the custom engagement ring that I designed earlier this year. Mike was amazing to deal with and his communication was exceptional. He always does his best to make himself available and spends a lot of time finding the right diamond to suit requirements. The finished product was absolutely stunning and of course she said yes! Thanks again to Mike, he really does produce outstanding jewellery.

Initially when looking for engagement rings I shopped around first, receiving quotes and meeting the store owners and sales consultants from other jewellers. Some surprisingly with no patience and quite rude, and some nice - but after walking into Parker diamonds I was greeted by a consultant named Dien. Dien straight away was exceptionally polite, very patient and extremely helpful. This alone made me decide that I wanted to create an engagement ring with them. From there she guided and educated me on the quality, cut and shape of rings and her vast knowledge and great recommendations helped create the perfect engagement ring that my self and my (now fiancé) couldn’t be happier with. Throughout the process I also had the pleasure of meeting Mike, who was also very kind and was a great support throughout the process. He told me about the business and its values which solidified my decision in choosing Parker diamonds. I can’t recommend this business enough, especially when looking for engagement rings. Not only because they were super helpful, patient and kind - they also made the whole experience feel special as it felt like they went above and beyond through out the whole process from start to finish. We look forward to coming back to purchase the wedding bands!

We originally went to Parker’s hoping for a relaxed experience to figure out what I actually liked and Erica delivered beyond our expectations! She was incredibly patient while I tried on everything and walked us through all the different options. When it came time to choose where to have the ring made, we couldn’t look past the amazing experience we’d had with Erica. Her communication, attention to detail, and dedication to bringing our vision to life made the whole process feel effortless. We loved the final product and the experience so much that we went back for our wedding bands. We can’t wait to see everything come together!

I came through a friend’s recommendation and I could not have been happier with the experience. It was both the first and last place I visited when searching for an engagement ring for my now fiancée, as Dien and Mike were incredibly accommodating from the very beginning. Dien in particular did a fantastic job of walking me through the entire process and kept in constant communication while we worked through the finer details. The engagement ring turned out perfectly. I was so impressed that a few months later I returned to have both my fiancée’s and my own wedding bands made there as well. The whole experience has been warm, professional and seamless. You truly feel you are in expert hands, while also sensing the genuine care and pride they take in their craft.

My partner and I had the best experience buying our engagement rings through Parker Diamonds. We had a vision of how we wanted to create our engagement rings and had already visited multiple jewellers, both big and boutique, in the process. We happened to find Parker Diamonds by chance whilst walking through the Royal Arcade. Immediately, the staff were so friendly and welcoming despite us not having a pre-booked appointment (and coming at 430pm on a Saturday!). Our consultant, Dien Tran, was amazing. She took us through straight away and provided us with all our options, in the end she mocked up the perfect rings for us at the price we were after. We really appreciated Dien's expert knowledge, she gave us really helpful advice that we wouldn't have considered otherwise, and she made sure we got our rings by the date we requested (it was a very short turnaround, so we were very impressed). The rings are just gorgeous, better than we could've imagined. We can't thank Dien enough, she is truly an asset to Parker Diamonds and we will definitely be coming back to her for our wedding bands when the time comes.
