Janey was super helpful in picking out a piece that fitted my budget. She was willing to take the time and show me the items that were close to what I was after, despite fielding multiple clients. Ended up settling on an older piece that hit the mark perfectly. Lovely experience.

My previous purchases had been wonderful experiences, each time served by young and friendly staffs. I recalled they were extremely welcoming with suggestions, product information and super patient. The purchased items were also well packaged and the shopping experience a good one compared to other similar accessory boutiques. I visited the emporium store many times and bought 3 times, but the most recent occasion resulting in a non purchase. Last week I decided to popped in to check as my cousin’s birthday is coming up. I was helped by a short haired lady who I personally think do not fit the role of being in sales, particularly your brand being a high end product. She was cold faced, gave short answers when I asked some questions, had a lack of product knowledge and seemed very impatient. After a short time, I wasn’t able to buy anything and didn’t want to because of her customer service (or lack of I should say). This visit was disappointing and I don’t think I’ll go back again. Previously I would spend about an hour because of the great services. It’s a pity that this store is like this now. 🙁 It’s unfortunate to give a negative review but it reflects my recent experience that I want to share. I hope the brunette lady can show some improvement and be better trained

Extremely disappointing experience. We bought a $210 bracelet on July 20 for my 12-year-old daughter, paid with her own pocket money. After being worn only twice, it broke on its own. We returned it for repair and were told it would be ready within a week. No one ever contacted us. I drove to the store five times, and each time staff said they would ask the manager to contact me — which never happened. Only after calling again was I told that repairs are not handled by the store and that I needed to contact head office myself. This should have been explained from the start. Poor staff training, zero communication, and completely disorganised internal management. As of now, I still do not have the bracelet — I’ve been told it is "in France" and may take at least another 1–2 months. Be very cautious before purchasing here.

I went to get a couple of earrings and a necklace that matched my fiancé’s ring. Janey was an amazing, friendly helper from the moment I entered the store. I spent a lot of time trying to decide, as everything looked amazing, with plenty of good and unique choices. I would definitely come back. Thank you, Janey! P.S. I loved our chat, and she said yes!

This isn’t my first time stepping into the store, where I often left without purchasing anything because the experience I had before was cold and lacked communication from the previous staff. But this time, I had Julia, the store manager, and her new staff at Emporium Melbourne. They were very helpful and patient with me, selecting what best suited my needs and style. I wasn’t intended to shop there at all, but due to the interaction I had with Julia and the staff, it was fun and engaging - I’d come back anytime! ❤️ I came multiple times within a week this month, and their service was consistent, warm, and honest when providing feedback, and overall, I’d say it was very impressive. Both were knowledgeable about the brand and products. Whilst the services I received were excellent, here are what to improve for the brand: (1) Loved the green satin pouch, but there is an opportunity to make it look exclusive & special! A nice sturdy jewellery box should come with the products we purchased like any other luxury brands. Not just wrapped with tissue papers and the satin pouch. (2) Optimise comfortability and inclusivity to maximise sales - Provide some welcoming sitting on the bench or a small couch with a coffee table some corner to maximise customers comfortability (you never know some customers can’t stand that long to make a selection. (3) Optimise Telling the story behind each products - some customers are not buying for another "thing" - they are buying for a story that could relate to them. Thank you, and well done Julia and the team! You’re a star! 🌟
