Gold Buyers Melbourne

Gabriela and Alejandra were patient and efficient. We received more money than we expected. We highly recommend this place. It was popular as there was a short wait but worth it.

What an easy pleasant respectful service by the gold valuer, I was selling some of mums gold jewellery that I wasn’t keeping from her passing 18 months ago. This was very hard for me to do, i told the valuation guy where it came from. Paid really good price for all Gold items. I would recommend to sell your gold you will get a real good price.

Wow! So fair and generous with their pricing! I took my mum’s jewellery and watches to two other buyers first up, and received surprisingly high quotes, however, GBM went much higher; 20% actually. There was quite a long queue to sit through before getting to the valuer, but it was worth every minute. He was very pleasant and clear about the process. He even spent quite some time removing some stones for me to take home. GBM are very professional; with an x-ray machine for every item, and a cash counter for the big payouts. The seating in the valuer’s office could do with a refresher, as it was very stained and uncomfortable. Aside from that, I can highly recommend GBM. They gave me the best price by far.

I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Daniela. She was incredibly patient and understanding, even though I took my time to make a decision. She never rushed me, always had a warm smile, and genuinely wanted to help me choose what was best for me. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole experience wonderful. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service!

Pleasant experience with Juan today - transaction was quick, easy and transparent. I also appreciated his patience while I had to untangle two necklace chains. I also noticed a lot of clients coming though and even phone calls while I was there. It’s a Saturday so that makes sense, but also probably also indicates that they have a good reputation!

Excellent service from a wonderfully patient and professional young woman. I went in with several bags of cutlery, chains and other assorted jewellery. She explained the process carefully and simply, assessing each piece one at a time. Told me the buying price and asked if I wished to proceed. I recommend Gold Buyers Melbourne without reservation.

I had a wonderful experience with Alejandra. She was very nice, friendly, and professional throughout the service. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and how comfortable she made me feel. Absolutely loved her service l.
