Austen and Blake honestly exceeded my expectations we had my engagement ring and our wedding rings custom made with Austen and Blake our initial consultation was with Blue she was a very knowledgeable sales and client experience specialist she guided and helped us through every aspect from sizing then to choosing our diamond to the golds and then the designs they had so much options on line it got overwhelming but Blue was patient and worked with us step by step to create the perfect rings for us for a very special time of our lives we went in during the Black Friday sales which was literally December and the rings were going to take 3-4 weeks but Blue was honest with us and did advise that we will get it just in time before Christmas I was a little worried but it all came in time like she advised and they fit perfectly and they are absolutely timelessly beautiful and unique to us photo does not even do the rings justice it has been a super easy fun non complicated process we really enjoyed the boutique experience learnt a few new things along the way it’s amazing how everything worked out perfectly thank you!
