I had my second ear piercing done here yesterday. I arrived 10mins early for my appointment however there was only one guy who was serving customers. I was only attended to 20mins later so already 10mins late for my 1pm appointment. I was able to fill out the consent form. Angel helped me pick out what earrings to get and helped me with what size to get. I was quite nervous about getting my ears pierced but both of the lady’s ( Angel is in training so she had the head trainer in to make sure it all went well ) made the appointment was stress free. Angel made sure that piercings were in the correct spot. I told Angel not to tell me when she was about to pierce my ears. The trainer ( sorry I didn’t catch your name) was talking while I got my ears done and to be honest it completely distracted me which I really appreciated. Both of them were super friendly and chatty which made me a lot more comfortable with it. I’m honestly super happy with how the piecing turned out. The only complaint I have is I got in at 1:40pm 40mins later than what my appointment was scheduled for. I get school holidays and staff shortages but it does impact the experience. I had another appointment later that day that I had to move due the wait. Other than that I really enjoyed it and will be back. Thank you Angel for making my day.

Hands down the BEST piercing experience ever!!! Maddy is absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and confident. She’s incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. She explained everything step by step, answered all my questions, and kept everything perfectly clean and sterile. The piercing itself was quick, smooth, and done with so much care and precision. I’m OBSESSED with how it turned out! The aftercare instructions were super clear, and I left feeling excited and taken care of. If you’re thinking about getting pierced, go to Maddy!! I can’t recommend her enough and I’ll 100% be back!

I used to love skin kandy I’ve had all of my piercings but one through them (10 out of 11 piercings) however, I have bought 4 different jewellery pieces for my belly and the thread in the ball of each one has fallen out. To say your jewellery is high quality and have this happen multiple times and not do anything about it is ridiculous. I don’t like to leave reviews but again this is a joke. They spoke behind the counter thinking i couldn’t hear to which I left because rude. A thread solely to screw the ball to the other part of the jewellery should not fall out.

Luna today was amazing!! She was so comforting and really made me so comfortable and was so sweet. She really made sure that I got what I wanted and was just the best Skinkandy worker I’ve ever met. I hope to come again and be welcomed like that! Only complaints is that it is so hot in the waiting area 🤣 Lots of love Luna I hope to see you again soon 💕

Had a positive experience getting my toddlers ears pierced, however, she lost an earring. So I went back 2 weeks ago to get replacement toddler earrings and the girl said that they only come in one size - adults. I purchased titanium ones and the back was so long and she kept touching them. Fast forward 2 weeks, despite ensuring they are always in, one has fallen out again. They need to make screw backs for kids and we should be able to repurchase children’s earrings seperate from the initial piercing.

This was a great piercing experience, hurt was less than my lobes that i got done a couple months ago at a different place and i got a conch. I love the placement and my piercer Rolly was amazing and made the experience super comfortable definitely recommend.

Had my helix, tragus and lobes done by Rolly yesterday and he was amazing! Super kind, funny and made me feel relaxed. He pierced so well, they barely hurt at all, can tell these ones are going to heal amazingly 😌 super happy with his service!
