I cannot praise Brigitte highly enough. I popped in to discuss a cremation ring for my dog. Brigitte had ideas I had yet to consider. When it came to selecting the style of the band, very quickly she ascertained my style, and the resulting piece is beyond wonderful. I recently went to Manly Jewellers in search for a gift regarding my 21st birthday. Brigitte was absolutely amazing with designing and making my ideas come to life. After a speedy process of the making of the ring, I got a beautiful mother of pearl and diamond ring that has absolutely exceeded my expectations. It is top notch quality, sturdy and the design is beautiful. How good are these jewellers! After a terrible experience overseas which was extremely traumatic, my new ring was in desperate need of repair. The lovely Bridgette understood this, was an amazing support and did a superhuman effort to restore my ring to its former glory. I cannot thank her enough and am so grateful. Could not recommend enough! My diamond on my engagement ring had come lose while traveling to Sydney. Manly jewellers managed to fix the problem, give the ring a clean AND resize my husband's ring in 2 weeks, all before we were scheduled to carry on with our travels. The lady at the counter explained in great detail how the fixtures would happen and the recommended time frame, as well as informed us of future closing dates so that we could plan our travels to come back if necessary.

Had a wonderful experience with Manly Jewellers! My engagement and wedding bands were both too large so took them in to get resized on a whim. Bella took great care in making sure we found the right size - triple checking the fits, and made me feel very comfortable I was leaving my precious rings in capable hands. I was given a fair timeframe to collect these rings and just today got them back a week earlier than expected! They are perfect and sparkling as if brand new. I brought in two sterling silver necklaces bought from another jeweller and the team were able to give them an in-house clean on the spot, and sent me home with care instructions and a bag to protect the pieces. Really lovely, friendly staff – I will definitely be back for regular upkeep! 🙂
