The staff in this store have amazing product knowledge,im forever greatful to the woman who was able to help me in the process of ordering my dream engagement ring after a devastating blow from a diffrent store ( not a zamels) she was friendly welcoming and kind incredibly helpful i will 100 percent be recommending zamels to everyone

Rings are poor quality. Got a princess crown ring for Christmas wore it for 2 days it’s now loosing the diamonds. Brought it back in. For the lady to be rude saying it was my fault as the ring is bent which is why the diamonds are falling out… I wear 2 other rings from 2 other jewellers all day everyday for over 2 years. Not once have they bent or lost any diamonds. I don’t see how it’s my fault that the ring was made from terrible metal. It shouldn’t be bending in the first place!

My father and I went into buy a ring and had a lovely lady that helped us out, think her name was Tabitha, every time I go into the store she makes you feel so welcomed and helps u out in the best way she can. Always go in when she’s working !!
