So making statement- I love Swarovski tells a lot about me Great service and very helpful staff. Was ordering some items which were out of stock. It took them 24 hours to deliver to Mandurah. Great amazing, feel good and not ripped off as got big discount. 💥💥💥💥💥. Good place to spend money and still have banana on my face

Disappointing customer service, in the middle of serving us the sales assistant turned away from us and served a new customer who entered the store. Later came back and went to look up the item we were interested in on the computer, another sales assistant came from the back room and took over the computer to look up something for another customer while leaving us waiting, hence we left the store and spent our $175 elsewhere
