HORRIBLE SERVICE- I was going in to buy G-shock watch and thick gold necklace had $5k to spend. Quick lesson in retails girls, doesnt matter how one is dressed or if its 5min before knock off, you shouldn't judge a book by its cover and wait for your customer to finish, doesnt matter if they spend $5 or $5k a sale is a sale 🤦🏼‍♀️ 🤷🏼‍♀️......and you just missed out on a $5k sale🤭 the next jeweller shop down got my business they made an effort to greet us and waited until we were finished, THEY didnt say were closing 👋.... Word of mouth is a powerful marketing tool and lucky I have multiple social media pages and can reach over a 100k audience 💸💸💸💸😘

You need to train your staff better. I bought a gift in November and asked specifically if it could be returned since, as a gift, I wasn't completely certain they would like it. When I went to return it I was told this wasn't going to happen by the absolute rudest woman with black box dyed hair and fingers covered in cheap fake diamonds I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ended up leaving and coming back today instead just to deal with someone other than that sniveling, sneering petty tirant. The woman we spoke to today was at least and somewhat apologetic about the mistake this store made and put the consequences onto me instead of rectifying it. It wasn't lost on me that the policy, as it's written, doesn't prohibit a real refund. What should have happened is that a manager should have authorised a real refund since it was the stores mistake. All this did was ensure that I'll never shop with Prouds again. It wasn't cheap being jewellery but my future purchases at other jewellery stores won't be either. The bare minimum one should expect when spending hundreds or thousands of dollars is to be given correct information and given it politely, as opposed to being lied to rudely

I had great customer Service from Evee, she is a very nice and helpful young woman. I definitely recommended her.

Very bad service we spent loads of money at this place in the past months and yet we were not even greeted and had to wait almost 5min for someone to come and help us because they were having such an important conversation amongst themselves

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I have experienced. The level of neglect, lack of accountability, and poor communication is unacceptable especially from a company that should pride its self on professionalism and customer care. As a paying customer, i expect timely, respect, and competent support. Instead I’ve encountered unhelpful responses, and a general lack of urgency. This is just disappointing, it’s damaging your reputation. A brand that calms to care about its customers should know better. I urge you to review this situation seriously and take immediate steps to improve your service.
