I had an amazing experience at Lovisa Mandurah yesterday! Skylar was so helpful, kind, and full of positive energy. She made shopping for my daughter’s 13th birthday gifts such a joy. She connected effortlessly with everyone in the store, was supportive, and genuinely lovely to chat with. We even booked in for piercings, and Skylar was super knowledgeable. She recommended a staff member who would be working on the day we planned and even showed examples from her own piercings to help me feel comfortable. The store itself was clean, organised, and welcoming. Shopping there felt calm, refreshing, and enjoyable. Staff like Skylar truly deserve recognition. She really goes above and beyond!

Don’t get your ears pierced here they gave me an infection which became a blood vessel bump over the last year. I finally had it removed and was told by doctors themself to never get your ears pierced at Lovisa as they aren’t properly trained

Emelia was super friendly, approachable and helpful! She pierced my ear, making sure it was exactly how i wanted it, and was 100% happy before she did it! The whole experience was so smooth and would 100% recommend her! Such a great and friendly person! Super happy with the outcome, thank you ☺️

Got my3rds peirced at lovisa and my left ear swelled up due to the earring not being proper silver and the earring got impeded into my skin and had closed over the top leaving me in er.

Great selection and wonderful service! The super tall lady with a lot of hair was so warm and helpful in choosing accessories for my event.

Booked an appointment to get my daughter's ears pierced only to drive 25 minutes and arrive to be told that they won't do it because she's 9 and the lady doesn't feel comfortable doing it one after the other instead of both at once. considering that I told them her age on the phone and now have a very upset daughter and have to drive all the way to Rockingham I am very displeased and will not be back.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Music in store was that loud that I had to cover my ears as it was giving me a headache and the cashier was shouting to be heard over it. Stood in line for a good 5 minutes for the girl to serve 1 person. Was very rude and said another woman that wasn’t even in line was before me. Not to mention she looked like she hadn’t brushed her hair in a week, also the whole store smelled like body odour. Disgusting customer service and won’t ever be going back again.
