Mister Minit Malvern Central

I paid $90 in December to resole my shoes. 2 months later and 5 times of being worn and the heel is completely worn through. Clearly poor materials and workmanship. Refused to repair and correct it despite a 6 month warranty. I have resoled all my shoes and never had this from 2 months of wear. Such a waste. I rang head office and provided photos of the shoes and the receipt, they told me to go back to the store and that the store would repair it as it is covered by 6 months warranty. The store told me I had to send the photos to the manager and the receipt. I was then told that they would not repair them as it was deemed from wear. 8 weeks of wearing to have heels completely eroded is not wear and tear. Don’t waste your time, money or energy.

Employee at counter was rude, and reported the price was $10. After I bought 3 keys he said it was 10.95. Would’ve appreciated knowing the real price before purchase

Took my shoes to Mister Minit and they did an amazing job! The repair was quick, the quality was great, and the staff were really friendly. Highly recommend if you need your shoes fixed fast and done properly

gerard fixed my very broken vintage shoes and made them good as new!! no flaws at all, haven’t gotten better results from any other cobbler, highly recommend!!!

Very disappointing. Didn't do anything to my watch. Communication was terrible. Had to pick the watch back up 3 weeks later with no work completed on it. After initially quoting a price to pick the second hand and glass screen, they called me two weeks later saying they needed more money if they were gonna fix this (starting to sound like these prices were coming out thin air) unfortunately I was not able to answer the phone and they left a message. I tried called 5+ times over the next week (all during opening hours as per google) and not one call was answered. This had now been too long without feedback or another call back so I divided to go pick up the watch, where the staff then accused me of not answering my phone. Service wasn't there in this case.

Visiting from Queensland I had to replace the battery in my car remote and went to Mister Minit who did it in 15 mins for me and charged $27 for the service plus cc. When I got home my spare remote also needed replacing so I took it to Noosa Junction and it cost me $13.50. Now that is outrageous. Twice as much in Malvern as in Noosa. Be very wary of these guys.

TERRIBLE ENGRAVING I took my sons brand new stainless steel lunch boxes to have his name engraved on them. I was showed 2 examples which were cursive illegible examples to choose from and then shop attendant asked if i prefer someone more simple and in capitals, which i agreed to. i was told it would be ready in 30 minutes, after 30 mins i was told it would be another 15 minutes. We i finally collected the lunch boxes i was shocked at the quality of engraving. The letters were not evenly spaced, very wonky and wobbly. I literally looks like i did it myself with a nail. I questioned the quality and the lady told me that is why we don't recommend doing all capitals, which no one had advised me previously. I am only giving 2 stars because they agreed to giving me a refund with no questions asked, they obviously knew it looks like absolute S%*T. They shouldn't be offering a service that the poor people working there are obviously not trained in.
