I’ve been a loyal customer of this gold shop for three years, purchasing multiple items. However, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I visited to address a gold chain that broke for the second time. The first staff member was kind and considerate, suggesting a replacement option. Unfortunately, the second lady provided poor customer service, stating that they don’t guarantee if it’s broken after purchase. She disagreed to fix it. Her dismissive attitude made me feel unwelcome, and I had to leave without purchasing the additional item I originally planned to buy that day. Given their poor product quality and lack of respect for loyal customers, I won’t be returning. Customer service is just as important as product quality, and sadly, this shop failed on both fronts.

Unfortunately, the lowest rating I can give for this company is a 1 star rating. If I had the option to give it 0 stars, I wouldn't think twice. I bought a "21k caret gold bracelet" in January. I wore it a few times while out, and it broke. When I returned it, the female assistant claimed that it had been "worn" too frequently. We returned it to them as a loss and spent an extra $500 on another bracelet that was marketed to us as being more "durable" and able to be "used" for longer. Within 3 days the stones started to come out and within two months the bracelet snapped near the clip with bare minimal use. We returned and spoke to an arrogant male assistant, who told us there wasn't much he could do until we sold it back to them once more, but at a lower loss than before. Due to the disgraceful customer service we received we walked out and ended up selling the gold for more than you quoted us. Shame on this business. Regardless of how little you wear the jewellery, the low quality of the gold sold here just does not last and the customer support after you purchase such expensive jewellery is appalling.

If you want REAL and high quality gold jewellery, this is the store to go to. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and provide excellent service.

Why there is no Number to call and no opening closing time? Whenever I call the number on Facebook no one answers it. I went there few times after work but the shop was closed.
