I have never left a negative review. I believe that it is always best to speak with a person/business directly rather than publicly slander someone as we are all just doing our best, but I have exhausted all options. I have been repeatedly dismissed and ignored via phone and email after an online purchase. This has been the worst experience I have had shopping online with a store.

Such a gorgeous store, doubly so with the expanded space. Vibrant colour ways and well lit dressing rooms. Both staff were an absolute pleasure, lots of welcome suggestions with styling assistance. I found several items that were absolutely divine and unlike anything I've seen in Mackay. A beautifully curated collection. I will be back for sure 😊😊😊😊🫣

The ladies were very helpfull helping my wife find the perfect dress for her " mother of the bride" day.

Having known Carmel and her family for the majority of my life, I live being able to go and shop at the store. You can see the passion that Carmel and Maddy have for women's fashion and it makes the shopping experience so much more enjoyable when you can see the enthusiasm in the owners. Really love my purchases, especially the quality of the products. Great range of quirky gift ideas here. I was looking for that elusive gift for someone who has everything. Staff were very helpful asking me questions to acertain my level of intimacy with the lady. We are good friends so i chose a big candle with a very nice scent. I was assured it would be a hit and it was. I'll be back for the next present i need for a lady.

Fantastic range of shoes, clothes and accessories and fantastic customer service. The owners know their market and provide a very personalised experience. The online store is just another added bonus. It's a pleasure to visit the store and I love exploring when new stick arrives.
