Worst experience ever with this company. Went back 3 times, costing me money in fuel and wasting my time, regarding faulty product and all they could say was contact customer service. After doing so I was informed of a 3 month wait to deal with the issue. My partner bought me this bracelet with 2 cute charms for a xmas gift and couldn't even wear it after it went a rusted tone. After cleaning every day for a month straight it eventually came back to original silver, only for it to go a revolting rusted tone again. Not good enough Pandora. Your products are garbage and I will not be investing in any more of your rubbish. Not happy at all.

Went in early morning with an issue, they fixed my earrings, explained to me how to fix any future issues. The team at Pandora Mackay provided professional and friendly customer service. Super happy.

I went to the shop today 27/1/2023 And stuff was unhappy to serviced me!!! I had brought ring. But I really not happy the way this stuff do to me she serviced like not happy to ... I ask to try the size of ring and I said is big and she give me another one to try it and she thought ring to me not really nice pleased If your stuff not happy to serviced me because the way I am looked not rich then you are not need to do this job do some things that you happy to do it not angry 🤬 keep smiling 😊 must better.

Was not happy with the service I received on Friday 16/7/21 .was told that there was no such thing for the item I was after staff member told me that I must have seen this a fake Pandora site happy to say that I received awesome service at another Pandora shop and was able to buy the item I was after
