I wasn’t sure which products would suit my skin, and she was so patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain things properly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated her help — wonderful customer service.

I made a purchase today got home now was so excited to open my estee lauder gift pack just to see not everything thats advertised on the box or in store is actually in the box missing 3 items not impressed fitst time in my life i buy this for myself and then this happens not happy at all i got the best service in store at the beauty counter but this was a let down email adress for customer service doesnt work chat on the app is useless

I visited the fragrance section seeking advise with selecting a chanel perfume and asked the nearest staff member for help. Unfortunately, the service my daughter and myself got was extremely disappointing. The staff member appeared dismissive, made us feel unwelcome, we asked for a sample as my daughter was having trouble deciding between 2 fragrances she said we could only get a sample if we purchased a perfume..then she said they don’t get many samples…it was her attitude that caused us to leave without making a purchase..

Very unhelpful done an online order for my daughter in full honesty I did stuff up the order and put two extra things in the bag however rang within two minutes and they could not change the order or cancel it An hour so later got an email with the tracking number still can’t track my parcels over $300 worth of handbags and they’re telling me it’s at least 3 to 7 days before. yet she lives a half hour drive from this store, but they’re telling me 3 to 7 days before she gets it. All they can say to Me, I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do to help you within three phone calls about tracking my parcel Apparently, you just gotta wait no cares given at all by their online hub telephone people
