I bought a ring in the Xmas sale and was given a substantial voucher. I came back and bought another ring I had seen online. With the member discount and voucher I got it for a great price.
Ridiculously overpriced diamonds. Can’t even resize a tennis bracelet that was purchased from them, can’t give a refund or exchange as it was more than 30 days. It was a gift. Absolutely ridiculous. We’ve brought all our engagement and wedding rings here plus other jewellery. I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
I was very happy with the interaction in store and would like for friends and family to share that same experience.

They are the best! My partner bought my engagement ring here, which was beautiful but a tad big so I needed to go back to ask them to resize my ring. Abby was more than lovely to talk to! She was so genuinely helpful and ready to answer all my questions. Ask for Abby if you go there! I can't wait to have my ring with me again!
PLEASE NEVER TAKE A CUSTOMER FOR GRANTED. ITS EVERYONE'S HARD EARNED MONEY. Never trust the staff at this Mackay store. They are all attentive only till you buy their product. Once the sale is done they do not respond, they do not follow up. You will get follow up calls only when they know if the customer is interested in buying something. My engagement ring was purchased here two months ago and I am still waiting for the correct paperwork. They have sent me the wrong paperwork twice and when questioned they cover their mistakes by saying paperwork is generic. The staff have absolutely no knowledge of their own product. Website clearly states every diamond purchased is given a specific authenticity certificate with all the details that match the ring for insurances purposes and the staff says a different story. Very disappointing! I will be definitely reporting this to the head office but I doubt even they care about the customers. Given a choice I would rate no stars.
