Made to wait for over 20mins to make a purchase as they were doing a free ear piercing on a customer. This has happened to me the last 2 times I have been in the store. So many customers walking out without their purchases. Why do ear piercing when there is only 1 person working? Your free piercing is loosing you sales.
Bella did my piercing and she was amazing! She was very gentle and professional — I didn’t feel any pain at all. Highly recommend her for piercings!❤️❤️
The service at this certain lovisa store is not very welcoming and friendly. The tall giant manager with blonde hair and cheap clothes, Mik or something? wasnt the most professional person ive come across in retail. She gave off a rude impression and as I tried to pick up a headband, she snatched it off of me and said that isn't your look try this and gave me a cheap looking grandmas bandana. The other employee just stood and watched it happen, not saying a peep. Never again will I come back to this store. As I say, don't call the kettle black as She suggests my age, maybe look at yourself?
Meg who is the store manager is so lovely and is so helpful she’s curated my ear piercings and always ensures I am as comfortable as possible when doing another piercing she’s done 3 for me and 1 for our young daughter who found her so friendly and kind
