I’m not one to leave reviews on places but I thought I’d share, I was getting a quarter arm sleeve done and they booked me in with a guessed artist from Perth, got a full day done which was $1400 and it wasn’t finished, I had to reschedule in a month’s time. A month came around and I drove from sarina into Mackay just to be told that my artist wasn’t there and that I had to reschedule again (could’ve been professional and sent me a call or a text) but anyway I got it booked in again, and you wouldn’t believe they canceled on me AGAIN, had to reschedule yet another time, this time my artist was there and half way through getting my tattoo she said that she was "too tired" and she had to wrap it up, she told me to message her on her insta and she’d get back to me the next day which I did and she hasn’t gotten back to me and it’s been almost two weeks, so I paid $1600 for a quarter arm sleeve that wasn’t completed, cancelled 2 times and half way through my tattoo she couldn’t do it and to top it off she hasn’t gotten back to me so I took my business elsewhere, redlotus private studio did an excellent job with my tattoo great customer service and I definitely recommend!

Would Recommend Valtor to anyone for a tattoo artist did really well and love my tattoo already. Also Great bloke and always up for a chat 10/10 great experience i had with him doing my arm. Great Tattoo shop aswell, treat you very well and make you feel comfortable as everyone is super friendly.

The driver of a car with this business logo emblazoned on the back window is a nasty, aggressive road rager and should be taken off the road before it kills an innocent road user. Terrible advertisement for your business; this town is too small to have such an awful representation.

Got an anime tattoo by Carmen, really good service and the workers are really nice, really good place to get any tattoos done.

Great artists on time value for money friendly staff

Never in my life have I experienced such an amazing barbertattoo shop, where you'lI be treated like family by all the staff and the professional stylish haircuts these guys consistently do every time showing their high level of skill. The cherrie on top is their pricing, for my particular style each visit only costs me $50 to get everything done from my shoulders to the top of my head. #bestbarberservicesanywhere100%

I’ve been here a few times and love the chill vibe of the shop which looks amazing and is clean. The staff are also friendly and the artists are very talented,Gold Empire is the only place in the region that I would get tattooed. Would highly recommend.
