Total Tools Lonsdale

Total Tools is dangerously good. Huge range, awesome staff, and they always go above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need… even when you definitely didn’t plan on buying it. Every visit feels like a test of willpower and marriage stability. Top-tier service, top-tier temptation. Would absolutely recommend just don’t tell my wife.

Such great service at the lonsdale location! They’re really know their stuff and give honest advice. I went in with my son who is a student starting a tech course and they were so kind, helpful and encouraging. Recommend heading in to this store.

I have had occasion to this store a couple of times recently and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service and the depth of knowledge their staff possesses. Unlike other hardware stores where you might struggle to find help, the team at Total Tools goes above and beyond to assist you. Their products are top-notch, and the staff genuinely take the time to understand your needs before recommending the best options. It’s clear that the team is passionate about what they do and have the expertise to back it up. The atmosphere in the store is welcoming, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It’s rare to find such a great combination of service and product quality these days, but Total Tools nailed it every time. I'll definitely be returning for all my tool needs – highly recommended!

Total tools lonsdale is the best shop around thanks heaps for the help on friday and staying back for a few minutes for me to get there

Great friendly staff and huge selection of tools etc

Always have the quantity needed. The product range is endless. The staff are super helpful. Better than bunnings with their on-site Cafe.

What can I say? After being informed by Makita that my 5 year old whipper snipper had been assembled incorrectly (resulting in the bump feed head being next to impossible to remove) and was therefore a retail issue, I took the machine back to its place of purchase - Total Tools Lonsdale. I was greeted by friendly staff who acknowledged the incorrect assembly and proceeded to remedy the issue without hesitation. My line trimmer is now assembled correctly and works perfectly thanks to the skilled and understanding staff. Highly reccommend!
