If I could give a zero here I would. Bought this 22K bracelet from the store two months ago and the owner was the nicest person when we were buying, however the bracelet has started coming apart as you can see in the photo. Took it back to see if they could do anything about it, but these con artists declined any responsibility, claiming that all they do is sell the gold, and cannot repair or send it off. And could only buy back the bracelet ($900 after we paid $1300) to buy a new one in place of it. Pretty sure this is against ACCC laws. Wasn’t looking for a refund or exchange, just a repair, but the owner was less than accomodating and frankly such a bad experience. Stay away from this jeweller who has no moral values or a sense of guilt or customer service. Will never be going back here ever again.
My husband bought a bracelet from here, and it weighed 2.55 grams 21 carat gold. At a price of $173.21 per gram, the gold should have cost around $441. However, we were charged $650. Is it possible that the making charges and GST are that high? If so, buying gold from this shop is a complete waste of money. I wasn't there when my husband bought me this gift. I only saw the payment slip afterward, and I was shocked. Totally wasted .
The nicest conman , maybe robber is a best word . Went to buy a ring , gave me a faulty ring which is not polished . Came home and found out . Took it back to return or fix , said they don’t fix or return , neither they have anything within that budget or weight . Offered me help saying if you take 50 dollars less than the price I will refund you . Didn’t have any other choice so had to settle for this . Disgrace for the whole community, nice way to rob people. Shameful .
5/5 star customer service. I went to a previous jeweller who I have been going to for so long and honestly their customer service has just gone down hill. Walked in here and had no expectation to buy at all but honestly the man Amjed helped my sister and I so much. Highly recommend despite the previous 1 star review.
Designs not too bad. Customer communication and attitude cannot be any worse. Do not recommend.
