Pillow Talk Penrith

I walked in to pillow talk all hot and bothered but was greeted by a delightful sale’s assistant. Jess was so helpful and kind. I ended up with a great purchase and a better deal thanks to Jess’s knowledge of the product. I wish there were more sales assistants like this.

Staff are really nice and super helpful. Was after a decorative plant pot for a mature monstera plant I had just bought - lovely assistant measured a ribbon of the pot's diameter so I could take it to the car where the plant already was. Decided to bring the plant in and tried the next size up for the pot which gave it better balance. Nothing too much trouble and made for an effective and enjoyable shopping experience. Very happy to pop in whenever I am in the vicinity as generally don't have much time for shopping. Great, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thank you

Abbie who works at the Penrith store is a gem and you are really fortunate to have her as an ambassador for Pillow Talk. She is the gold standard for customer service. All the people who work there are charming and helpful but she is next level.

Jessica was so helpful in finding all the bedding I needed. She gave really good advice and had some great suggestions. She was really friendly and I appreciated her expertise.
