Absolute trash being sold here. I got a ring from here that needed repairs a couple months later as the gem was falling out, got it back with a sharp edge where they modified it or whatever. Got my partner a ring that is now tarnished, lost all its colour and smells like cheap metal, but thankfully he likes it better now. And got a necklace with a heart pendant on it that after only 2 months again, suddenly concaved inward and all they said was "it is hollow, so it happens" and were extremely rude and condescending to me when I took it back to discuss options because I'm sick of the quality of their products and would prefer a refund over a repair because of how ridiculous the quality is. Will not be back and I recommend not wasting your money here.
Have great variety of jewellery. Have some great discounts. They give you the option of after pay or old fashion layby which helps a lot of people to afford beautifull jewellery. My favourite jewellery shop. HIDDEN GEM. Great customer service, i will always return to this shop.
Honestly I could not believe what happened today at this store. Was wanting to look at a gold chain in which I saw in the cabinet (clearly had a sale ticket on it). Sales assistant brought the chain out & she was messing around behind the cabinet before presenting the chain to me. What she had done was remove the sale ticket & was charging me full price. When questioned she went on to show me other chains, no I wanted that one which was clearly on sale. Very dishonest thing to do! Be very careful shopping at this store.
Terrible custom service! Returning a gift with a gift receipt wanting a replacement due to earrings not being a pair we were astonished the assistant said on at least three occasions these were old/discontinued stock, leaving us feeling upset and almost ashamed we had been given a present of inferior value therefore brought with less love/care than had been intended by the purchaser extremely upset and disappointed earrings were also very dirty perhaps due to being discontinued stock they didn’t deserve to be kept clean….. The problem was rectified but the service left us feeling less than happy.
Sent watch off for what was a clean and replacement of battery. Was not advised of any charge thought this was under warranty. On return a fee was charged. No courtesy call to advice of repair required or cost. Took over 2 months.
Beautiful products but the service at Goldmark Riverlink is ridiculous. I walked in on a busy morning this week, knowing what I came in for and wasn't just browsing. The two girls working were busy with other customers but did not even acknowledge me or let me know they will be with me soon. So I waited about ten minutes as the next in line, until another customer walks in, waits less than 2 minutes and she is served before me. At this point if I'm not going to be valued as a customer or even acknowledged when I come in store then I unfortunately will not be supporting or buying from Goldmark anymore.
My fiance and I bought our ring set a few months ago. When I wore my engagement ring for two weeks one of the stones fell out. We took it back and they said it would take two weeks for it to be repaired. My fiance rang up numerous times over almost 4 weeks before they said the ring was ready. We wanted compensation as that should not have happened to a brand new rings. So again my fiance had to call back to find out what our compensation would be as they promised him we would. He tried calling them and they never called back to tell him what was going on. Then another few weeks passed to only find out that because of the virus we are not getting compensation yet we were promised that they would do their best. To us this should never have happened if the stones were properly checked.
