I wandered into the store to request my Citizen Tsuoya have the bracelet resized. I tried to purchase from their store, but nil stock at the time, so I went through their online portal. There was no issues when I explained. Instead of making me wait, I dropped the watch off as she was busy serving customers, I returned after grocery shopping with my watch ready, good service all round.

I just bought a beautiful gold watch from Shiels, the staff were incredibly helpful - letting me try on the watches, helping narrow down exactly what I was looking for, being very patient and accommodating. Once I selected the watch and paid for it, they even helped adjust the size for free (which many places cost money to do). My family have also had great service every time, so I 100% recommend.

Update: took 4 weeks to receive a quote, yet the earrings were returned to the Innaloo store in 1 day after I refused the quote. I took them to my favourite jeweller in Mt Hawthorn- he replaced the ear hooks as I waited for $25!!!! I purchased a pair of lovely earrings (perhaps a year ago, maybe 18 months), one of the ear hooks snapped in half. I returned the earring to Shiel's and they sent them off for a quote to repair (should have been a free repair in my opinion - they were $400 earrings). They were due back to the store on June 11th - I hadn't heard anything, so stopped in to check on the progress and was told nothing as yet had been done. Today June 16th, I finally receive a repair quote, AFTER 4 WEEKS, for $75. If I had accepted this quote, it would likely take another 2-3 weeks for the repair. I've requested the earrings be returned to me ASAP and I'll take elsewhere for a ear hook replacement which should take about 5 minutes and half their quoted price. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Great service, bought my first Citizen from here, 10/10

I normally think that Shiels customer service is excellent but I bought a bracelet which was very pretty and was told it was white gold. I didn’t have a lot of time to re check it but trusted the sales person, she also showed me another bracelet which was $299 but I also learnt after I went to the Morley store that it was not white gold but, Silver. I went to the Shiels in Morley because something felt off, the metal looked dull for a white gold bracelet. Why is it that we are not even able to rely on sales people for the right advice or product information I told the lady at innaloo im only interested in white gold and not any silver bracelets. So when I went to Morley the girl at the Morley Shiels apologised saying it was probably a mistake, right a mistake that cost $499.50. She also told me it was a silver bracelet as the receipt said TW and at the end said Ss the receipt did not show any other description which was very disappointing.. the girl was very nice at Morley and I exchanged it for an actual white gold bracelet and I got the 3 year warranty plan for free for the inconvenience. I didnt go back to Innaloo because i wasn’t sure whether the lady would tell me she’d actually given me a silver bracelet. Sadly this was a very disappointing experience for me but the Morley store made my day thank you guys at the Morley store.

I bought a bangle in January and it broke in June. I dealt with Tracey and she kindly authorised a store credit.

I am visiting from the UK and wanted to buy a Seiko watch as gift to myself. The staff at Innaloo were SO helpful and we're happy to spend time me, not knowing whether I would buy or not. In the end I bought two watches - had the bracelets sized in parallel, one by Shiels and one by Tony just outside the door Mister Minute (he did the tricky one). Excellent service ..... And then, I called about a third watch, but they didn't have it in stock. There was only one in WA and they called the store and asked them to put it to one side for me. Double excellent service. Very happy customer.
