Visited looking for a special gift but was totally put off by two sales staff who thought it necessary to comment on every part of my attire from my Lululemon jacket to my Coach bag. I wasn’t then able to just browse the cabinets by myself. I understand the whole marketing strategy of complimenting a customer on something but it was done is such an insincere, loud and over the top way I felt uncomfortable and felt the need to leave the store straight way!

Kind and welcoming staff with amazing knowledge of the beautiful items. Being in the store has a magical feel and very enticing atmosphere and definitely makes wanting to purchase more items feel like something that could be easily done!

Intentionally misleading staff. I was given a 3 week wait on an order (with a stipulation of maximum 4 weeks). This turned in to a magical 6-week extension, without an explanation offered. I was also dissuaded from buying my partner a ring under a specific price, told that "no one will think THAT is an egagement ring". At paying a deposit, my partner was told "well, that’s nice, you can keep looking for another ring after this one", implying I hadn’t spent enough. Car salespeople get a bad rap but this is a new low. Avoid.

The staff are always lovely but I've never really thought to write a review until I purchased my diamond solitaire pendant last week from Bryce. What a lovely young man. Did all the right things and made me feel like a valued customer. Hold onto him MHJ Innaloo, he's gorgeous.
