Today she was smoking right in front of the No Smoking sign on the bin at nearest Westfield entrance to Michael Hill. Wearing grey fury sleeveless jumper. Talk about giving the 'bird' to the Council. Mall is meant to be smoke-free. I hate being forced to breathe you cigarette smoke. Sorry you are probably addicted to nicotine. Hope you can give up for your sake and everyone else's.

Its always been great experience with choices and staff. However today it was next level as we visited with an old purchased pendent which was discoloured and Both Matt and Ava in Hornsby Store gladly assisted and guided what could have caused it. They gave a great clean spending around 15 minutes and I got it back pretty much like new. Cant appreciate their professionalism and customer service.

I've had a rare, fine experience with this jeweler. Ava showed so much goodwill to assist me with making the best choice out of many for my first piece of men's jewellery I was going to purchase. Very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend the outlet, for its variety and staff friendliness.

Quite unpleasant and impolite service. The couple of agents seen on floor took a few minutes to call for another agent to help me. They failed to even make an eye contact. The questions asked about design, pricing weren't answered well besides making a comment on my dark complexion which wasn't necessary. The lady had smoked and was very stinky to have next to!
