Had a lovely encounter with Zinat at Chatswood today! Such a wonderful lady — her pricing is amazing, especially on Colombian emeralds. I ended up buying four rings (and already planning to add more to my list, lol). Her customer service is truly exceptional! Thank you keep up the good work

I was simply just browsing around the store when a girl named Emily kept shooting dirty looks at me? She did not even offer help, all she was doing was tap tap tapping away on her phone. When I left she was on her way out as well. Someone was clearly in a hurry to leave. Atrocious customer service.

I came to have a look here and spoke with Emily. She was such a rude person I was just trying to find a gift for my mother and she was refusing to help me definitely do not recommend and I have spoken to others about this place and her and they all agree

We got there late today just as it was closing but Sarah was so helpful and I will definitely be coming back to this wonderful store. Thanks for everything!!
